REFUNDS / CREDITS
We understand that life happens and sometimes runners are unable to make it on race day. We incur most of our event costs early on in the planning process and entry fees are used to provide a safe and quality event.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds, transfers, or credits. At race directors discretion, exceptions will be made.
We fully expect to host this event in person! If for any reason it must be cancelled, all participants will be entered into a virtual race.
CHANGING DISTANCE
Unless otherwise stated on event page, you can change your distance up until race morning.
If you are dropping down a race distance, no refunds for the price difference will be issued under any circumstance.
If you would like to increase to a higher distance and higher price cap, you must pay the price difference up to 24 hours before the event.
TRANSFER TO ANOTHER RUNNER
Unless otherwise noted on the event page, we accommodate transfers up to 30 days out from an event if notified in writing to info@desertskyadventures.
The current registered runner must email us the following information;
- Full name, event, and that you are transferring your registration to a new runner
Email must include following information on new runner:
- Full Name
- DOB
- Age on Race Day
- T-shirt Size (if applicable)
