Desert Sky Adventures offers training in a rewarding and exciting environment at your own pace. Our philosophy is that training should be an inspiring, enriching and fun experience. Reach your next level of fitness in a motivational group setting that fits your personal goals. We focus on improving your overall performance while keeping you healthy and injury free!

Official Summerlin Half Marathon Training Program

Train for the Summerlin Half Marathon in Las Vegas starting January 11! This 14 week training program will have weekly meet-up groups and will be running on the actual course for the Summerlin Half. The program is designed for new and intermediate runners.

Official Training Program includes:
-14 week training schedule from January 11 through April 18. (12 weeks to build distance, 1 week taper, and 1 week recovery after the half marathon)
-A weekly scheduled training program emailed to each participant.
-Sunday morning run group meeting between 6:00am and 6:30am. This fully supported group run will have a marked course as well as water and gatoraid provided out on the course. DSA coaches will be monitoring and helping you with your progress.
-Guest speakers featured at weekly meet-ups to go over nutrition, stretching, cross training, etc.
-24/7 support for any training questions.
-A swag bag including a training t-shirt, water bottle and other goodies for every participant.
-Coffee and social after each session!

Online Summerlin Half Marathon Training

Don’t live in Vegas but would still like help training for the Summerlin Half Marathon? This online training package will help you reach your goal! Packages include a schedule for running, tech t-shirt, and nutrition tips and tricks.

  • Where: Your home town- this is an online training package.
  • Coach: Molly Sheridan
  • Fees: $25

Online training packages are available for any distance. Let us help you reach your goals. Packages include a schedule for running, tech t-shirt, and nutrition tips and tricks. Pick your distance and we can help you get there: 5K/10K, 1/2 marathon, or full marathon.

Online Ultra-Marathon Training

This is a personal online training package that includes free phone consultations to discuss your goals and objectives, a personal training plan tailored to your needs, a running schedule emailed to you every two weeks, and nutrition tips and tricks.

  • When: Whenever you want to start!
  • Where: Your home town- this is an online training package.
  • Coach: Molly Sheridan- A seasoned runner who has completed over 45 ultra-marathons and the first American woman to run 138 miles in the Himalayas in La Ultra The High race.
  • Fees: $255 per month, 3 month minimum
