Crews are welcome at all crew accessible aid stations. (See mileage chart.) Intentional pacing of any kind is forbidden by USATF rules.
Crew Instructions
You may have to pay a $4.00 toll. The Watt Avenue Bridge, Guy West Ridge and Main Street aid stations are not open to crews.

CAVITT SCHOOL TO FOLSOM DAM: Return to AFR. Turn left. Drive 2.5 miles. Turn left on Folsom Dam Road. Park in parking lot. EDT - 5 minutes
FOLSOM DAM TO NEGRO BAR: Return to AFR. Turn left. Drive 1.5 miles. Turn right on Greenback Lane. Drive 0.3 miles and carefully turn left (crossing traffic) at entrance to Negro Bar. Drive past kiosk (toll booth), turn right and drive 0.25 mile to far end of parking lot. EDT - 5 minutes
NEGRO BAR TO FISH HATCHERY: Return to Greenback Lane. Carefully turn left. Drive 0.7 mile, and do not take the right fork on Greenback Lane, but continue straight ahead as Greenback becomes Madison. Follow Madison for 2.0 miles. Turn left on Hazel. Drive 1.7 miles, cross bridge, and turn immediately after you cross the bridge. Take a sharp right and park in the parking lot at the fish hatchery. EDT - 10 minutes
FISH HATCHERY TO SUNRISE BRIDGE: Exit parking lot and turn right onto Gold Country Blvd. Drive 0.3 miles and turn right on Sunrise. Drive 0.1 mile and turn right on South Bridge Street. Drive 0.4 miles into park. Go past kiosk and turn left at stop sign. Drive 0.4 mile watching for speed bumps and stop signs. Observe stop signs as bike trail crosses the road. Park in parking lot. Aid station is under bridge on bike trail. EDT - 10 minutes
SUNRISE BRIDGE TO ROSSMOOR BAR: Return to Sunrise. You cannot turn left on Sunrise. The direction you need to be heading is south, so you will have to turn right on Sunrise and get into the far left land as soon as possible. Cross the American River Bridge. Drive 0.7 mile and do a U-turn at Fair Oaks Boulevard. Again cross the bridge and make a right turn at the third red light, Coloma Road (1.5 miles from turn at Fair Oaks). Drive 0.8 miles and turn right on Elmanto. Turn left on Ambassador (do not go straight into park). Drive 0.6 mile and turn right on Rossmoor. Enter park. Go 0.8 mile to end of road. **Observe stop signs as bike trail crosses road. EDT - 10-15 minutes
ROSSMOOR BAR TO GOETH PARK: Return to Ambassador. Turn left. Drive 0.1 mile and turn right on McGregor. Drive 0.4 mile and turn right on Coloma. Drive 1.7 miles and turn right on Folsom Boulevard. Drive 1.2 miles and turn right on Rod Beaudry Road. Drive 0.6 mile to kiosk. Go through kiosk and take an immediate right. Go to far end of parking lot. EDT - 10 minutes
Wait for your runner to return from the 50-mile turnaround. Crews are not permitted at Watt Avenue or Guy West Bridge aid stations.
Return to previous aid stations and the finish line at Cavitt School using the same instructions.
