Reno’s Battle Born Trail Series: 30K/ Half/ 10K/ 5K
Partnering with the Tahoe Rim Trail Association
This epic Battle Born Trail Series Race will be taking place in Washoe Lake State Park. Just a 30 minute drive from Reno, this amazing state park features beautiful jeep trails, single track trails, and of course Washoe Lake! Enjoy a beautiful and flat run followed by a delicious BBQ. It is sure to be a fun adventure.

There will be a BBQ beginning at 10am for runners and volunteers! There will also be early morning snacks before the BBQ begins.
Course Map & Aid Stations
Runners will travel around Washoe Lake State Park. The course is a flat, beautiful out and back on jeep trails and single track trails with little to no technical footing. There are some sandy areas as well as some areas with “soft ground.” You will run by Washoe Lake as well as “Little” Washoe Lake (for those in the Half & 30K). It’s a great course to go for speed or for beginner runners taking the plunge into trail running!
5K = 3.44 Miles
10K = 6.48 Miles
Half Marathon = 13.1 Miles
30K = 18.6 Miles
There will be an aid station every 3-4 miles stocked with water, ice, gatorade, and snacks!

Tahoe Rim Trail Association
The Tahoe Rim Trail Association is a volunteer, non-profit 501(C)(3) organization established in 1981 to plan, construct, and maintain the Tahoe Rim Trail. The trail exists because of the dreams and dedicated efforts of thousands of volunteers to plan, build, and maintain over 165 miles of trail.
The TRTA Mission: To maintain and enhance the Tahoe Rim Trail system, practice and inspire stewardship and preserve access to the natural beauty of the Lake Tahoe region.
A portion of race proceeds will go to this awesome organization as well as 100% raffle proceeds! You can purchase raffle tickets at packet pickup or race morning.
